<p>This diet is based on consumption, among other things, rice and fruits which contain no sodium or chloride. Furthermore, this reason is that monitoring should not continue this diet for over a month.</p>
<p>Kitchen must be 300 grams of rice daily and that is the amount of rice will be consumed throughout the day. To cook the rice should be washed and wrung in a sealed pot with three more quantities of cold water. You have to let the rice boil and simmer for 5 minutes until water evaporates completely.</p>
<p>To flavor the rice should be replaced with honey, salt, brown sugar, cinnamon or fruit.</p>
<p><strong>Procedure:</strong></p>
<p>For breakfast</p>
<p>* 1 orange or apple juice or grapefruit.<br />
* 1 bowl of rice with honey and sliced fruits, except bananas and nuts.<span id="more-223"></span></p>
<p>To eat</p>
<p>* 1 bowl of rice with cinnamon, prunes and raisins.</p>
<p>Picnic</p>
<p>* 1 apple or fruit in season to taste.</p>
<p>For dinner</p>
<p>* 1 piece of fruit different from a snack and in case you keep hungry, eat a banana.</p>
