<p><em>Preparation</em></p>
<p>Peel and cut all vegetables into small squares to ratatouille.</p>
<p>In a skillet with 4 tablespoons <strong>olive oil</strong>, saute the garlic cloves. When browned, add the vegetables and cook until al dente.
