Challenges of Nurses Jobs
Being a doctor, midwife or nurse has it own challenges. Working with human being and dealing with emergency problem might give many pressures to someone. Being responsible for someone live is big things to handle.
Other than big responsibility, people that work in medical field also need to be ready for some other things. Doctor, nurse and midwife need has to be someone that has strong stomach, realizing facts that they will faces blood, dirty and scary stuffs everyday. They also need to be ready to face death in their work, people dying everyday in hospital and nurses or doctors will be the first one to know. Death is very hard to handle and it is scary at the same time. Dealing with sick people is hard; dealing with dead people is harder. Death remains people about their future, death also give deep sadness to families.
Death has to be faced by medical worker in almost every working day. People consider nurses jobs are harder than doctors, it is true if talking about the things that have to be handled. Doctors are more responsible for decisions; they are the one that decide medicines and actions for patients. Nurses, on the other hands, are the ones that need to work fast and under pressure every time there are emergency.
Whatever the words that people are telling about doctor, nurse, midwife or other r medical workers, the most important thing is that their job is very important. Responsibilities that they take are crucial for people safety and live. Their job is noble.
