When we base our diet on unhealthy foods we eat too much or eat too little, the body feels the lack of energy. However, if your eating plan is successful one consequence is to feel energetic, motivated and eager to move more.
Your time in the bathroom are “productive”
By this I mean that with a healthy diet and effective are our regular trips to the bathroom and “easy”: no constipation, no “slow traffic” … Meanwhile, the color of your urine will be clear because you are properly hydrated through adequate water intake.
Your clothes will come!
One of the most obvious signs that the diet works and we could lose a few pounds notice it when we dress. That pair of jeans that we had perfect fit too tight and until now we have to use the belt in a hole tighter.
