FruitA team of scientists from the Institute of Food Research, USA, found that-until now-had underestimated the content and concentration of polyphenolic molecules in fruits. This compound is an effective antioxidant and this is another reason to increase the daily intake of fresh fruit.

Usually happens that the experts made the content analysis based on polyphenols “removable” but a Spanish scientific discussed in detail the chemical composition of apple, pear and tangerine and discovered that there orta class of polyphenols called “non – Removable, which outweigh the “removable” by up to 5 times. The study was published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry.
