I stress that it is a simple classification and quite possibly other fruit you had chosen for this list, neither better nor worse, just another.</p>
<p>Precisely because all fruits are good and necessary, and it is always a good time to eat any piece of fruit, whatever that is.<span id="more-174"></span></p>
<p>But we wanted to make an effort with this top 10 healthy fruits:</p>
<p>-Orange. As you know, this is a major source of vitamin C, and one of the most consumed fruit.</p>
<p>- Banana. Eneregía provides a great deal of potassium. Very good for athletes.</p>
<p>- Kiwi. It has more vitamin C than orange and peel it is to eat nothing, you do not lose their qualities.</p>
<p>- Mango. This exquisite exotic fruit is good for the skin, thanks to a substance called beta-carotene.</p>
<p>- Granada. This is a low-calorie fruit and low fat. It is good for heart disease.</p>
<p>- Apricot. One of the best antioxidant fruit is good to combat aging.</p>
<p>- Grape. Also an antioxidant, provides fiber and many vitamins. It is also good for the skin and to alleviate wrinkles.</p>
<p>- Dates. Another little-known exotic fruit that has virtually no cholesterol. It&#8217;s another of those high-energy food, with great contribution of carbohydrates, making it ideal for athletes.</p>
<p>- Blueberry. Especially good is the cranberry, for its high fiber content.</p>
<p>- Strawberry. Also fight against aging, but mostly it&#8217;s a fruit that helps cleanse the kidneys.</p>
<p>These are the top 10 healthiest fruits we selected. Again, be sure to eat any fruit, because they all have something important to your health. This is nothing more than a list.</p>
